University Behavioral Associates (UBA) is CMO's behavioral healthcare management organization. It provides staff and systems support to CMO's provider networks.

UBA's mission is to help providers maintain control over the system of care, ensure patient access to high-quality behavioral healthcare, collaborate with providers in utilization management, maximize resources available for patient care, and minimize administrative costs. Our goal is to ensure that all members have timely and easy access to a full range of mental health/chemical dependency services. Our collaborative care team approach is designed to span multiple diagnoses, physicians, health plan programs, and of course both medical and behavioral conditions and risk factors.
